Hi folks,
I have 190 jumps and am just getting into sitflying where I am hitting around 220 kph on the SAS mode on the protrack.
Everyone here at the UAQ DZ in Dubai tells me that I am fast and I should look into speedskydiving.
So with me flying in a sit around 220kph and not having a clue how to speed my self up do you guys reckon that I may have some potential with the correct guidence.
So has anyone got any advice? - the way that I look at it is that I shouldn't rush into headown but should progress safely once I have mastered the sit and then the stand.
Looking forward to hearing some comments from them who know!
Blue Skies and (hopefully) fast flying
Mike

Hi Mike. I started Speed Skydiving last year, when I had 85 jumps and my average speeds was very slow: about 270 kph. This year I reach, in last competition, average speed of 370 kph (and now I have about 170 jumps). A good way to learn right position is... compete in Speed Skydiving meeting!!! I've done so.
Regards

Hi Mike, for a sit 220 mph max is fast, but change to headdown position you will get faster in headdown (tipp: a freefly course helps you to increase your headflying skills). Forget SAS, change your ProTracks to TAS Arnold
